The tradition holds that a home built this way supports health, clarity, and prosperity for the people in it. Maharishi Mahesh Yogi compiled the Vedic texts on the subject into one discipline and founded schools that train and certify Vastu architects. We build from their drawings.

Every Vastu home we build is also built to Building Biology standards. Seth has studied sacred geometry and natural law for years and became a student of Vastu through a friend who introduced him to Transcendental Meditation. He is not a certified Vastu architect, and does not design Vastu homes himself. He builds them, exactly to the plan. Vastu design and site evaluation come from Maharishi Vastu Development, and Seth introduces clients to them personally when a project is ready for it.
