We take on additions, whole-home remodels, and combinations of the two, from $100,000. We no longer do single kitchens, single bathrooms, or decks on their own. The planning that makes our projects go well costs the same whether the job is large or small, and it only pays for itself on large ones.
Existing walls are rarely plumb, floors rarely level. We cannot make a 1950s house perfectly true again, but we can make it read that way, and we will make it safer, drier, and healthier than we found it. Demolition is careful deconstruction, not destruction. Dust stays behind plastic. Floors are protected along every path we walk.
A paid pre-construction phase produces a line-item budget and schedule, credited back when you sign.
Surprises inside old walls are covered by a contingency you can see.
Choose finish materials from anywhere. No contractor short list.
Where a subcontractor’s warranty is one year, that trade carries one year.
A crew that cleans up every day and leaves the sink the way it found it.
Whole-home remodel. Every room, systems included.
Addition. A new wing, a second story, or a porch and entry.
Addition plus remodel. Most of our projects are this.
Our projects start at $100,000. An addition with living space typically runs well above that, and the pre-construction budget will tell you exactly where yours lands before you commit.
Pre-construction takes one to two months. Construction on a large remodel or addition runs three to eight months depending on scope, permits, and material lead times.
Often, for additions. Rarely, for whole-home remodels. We will tell you honestly during pre-construction.
