A paid pre-construction phase that produces a real budget before you commit. Credited back in full when you build with us.

The cheapest house is the one you only build once.

Most of what fails in a house fails because it was chosen to hit a number on bid day. We choose for the fiftieth year. Solid wood where composite is cheaper. Copper where aluminum is cheaper. Details done the slow way, because the fast way is what we get called in to repair.

You see every number we see.

We build cost-plus with a guaranteed maximum price. The budget lists the current market price of every trade and every material, the contingency we hold, and the fee we earn. Nothing is marked up out of sight. If a line comes in under, you keep the difference. If the project runs past the maximum, we absorb it.
