The way we operate allows you to work with the fewest number of Contractors possible keeping communication crisp, project schedules tight, and quality as high as possible for your Custom Home.
Land
First, you need to find land to build on. Unfortunately, we are not yet equipped to help you with this. As a strictly Custom Home Builder and Remodeler, we don’t do much with Real Estate. Visit our Realtor Partnerships page for help.
Design
We recommend starting your design plans with a builder like us, who will consider your budget requirements while designing your new home. We can involve an architect later to approve the plans or help us make structural adjustments.
Estimate and Build
Once land and designs in place, we can begin to estimate your project. When we agree on a price, we can sign an Agreement, begin permitting and schedule the project. Once everything lines up we can get to work building your dream home!
Building Biology: Creating Healthier Homes
Building Biology and Ecology began in 1970, when the Gesundes Bauen – Gesundes Wohnen’ (Healthy Building – Healthy Living) Society in Germany began collecting all existing knowledge on healthier and more sustainable building, including building practices that had been disappearing steadily over the previous fifty years. Today, it is considered the international standard for building Healthy Homes. Other programs in the US don’t even compare.
