
You’ve never met a Contractor quite like us before. Most contractors are a person, or a couple people acting as General Contractors who then hire Subcontractors to do all the work. And Subcontractors generally have a Business Owner who manages everything with but a few employees. We won’t go into all the problems this can create in this article, like we do in other articles. This article is going to be kind of long, as it is.
Before we continue, I need to give you a little bit of back story about myself. Due to a few unique experiences in my life, as well as my passion for philosophy and spirituality, I’ve come to realize that we are doing society all wrong. I’ve realized that there are three primary problems that if we solve will eliminate 95% of all the problems we face in this world, save only for the problems associated with human nature and complex relationships.
These three primary problems are:
- Financial based Economics
- Authoritarian Pyramid Power Structures
- Indoctrination Systems that masquerade as Education Systems
I’m only going to talk about the Authoritarian Pyramid Power Structure here as it relates to the MetaMinistration to save space. If you want to know more about how we can resolve these problems, you can purchase my books on Amazon.com written under the pseudonym “Kamiron Freeman.”
As a result of studying the history of Law and, therefore, Religion and Civilization I have come to learn that Classism has always been the driving force behind why our Societies are designed the way they are. They are designed to perpetuate slavery, and today is no different. The chains of slavery are no longer physical chains, they are debts and taxes.
Money and other financial instruments are used not as tools of freedom, but as tools of slave control. Indoctrination Systems are used not as tools of education, but as tools of slave control. And you guessed it, Authoritarian Power Structures are used not as tools of organization, but as tools of slave control.
I don’t say this to incite fear, but hope. Only by recognizing this can we do something about it. And while we can’t fight against the systems that already exist, we can create and use new systems that are designed to propagate Freedom, Equality and Self-Sovereignty. And that is exactly what the MetaMinistration does.
One of my other careers is in developing new systems for a New Global Society to help evolve Civilization on this planet in alignment with the evolution of Consciousness that we are currently going through. The MetaMinistration is just one of these new systems, and of course, I would implement it within my own business.
Keep in mind as I explain how the MetaMinistration works within Harris Home Builders that we are still small, which means what I’m about to describe is not yet in full force and effect, but it will be as we grow larger.
We consider there to be three tiers to the MetaMinistration in any business in general.
- The first tier is that of a Trainee, who is not only learning how to do their job, but also learning how to participate in a MetaMinistration.
- The second tier is that of a Manager, who participates in the management of the business as a MetaMinistrator.
- The third tier is that of an Ambassador, who also participates in the administration of the New Global Society that our business is a part of, called MetaGaiaes, which also uses the MetaMinistration.
In Harris Home Builders, there are two levels of employment in the first tier: Junior Apprentice and Senior Apprentice. Employees in these positions are not only learning how to do their jobs and grow to become Master Craftsmen, they are also learning how to participate in the MetaMinistration.
In the Second Tier, we have Project Foremen and Project Managers. These employees already know their craft well, and participate as full members of the MetaMinstration. They may or may not participate in the third Tier.
In the Third tier, we have the General Manager – myself, Seth Harris. Right now, I also act as the Project Manager. But in the near future, this position will be filled by another. In the Third Tier, I also participate as an Ambassador of MetaGaiaes.
These three positions, all of which being management level positions in the company, also therefore participate as Profit Sharing Partners in the Business, all taking full accountability for the overall success of the business.
Here’s a breakdown of how the MetaMinistration works, in general, to create what we call Omnicentralized Management throughout the organization. “Omnicentralized” is a term I learned from my associate, Bret, that means both Centralized and Decentralized simultaneously. The reason this is important is because Centralized systems provide accountability, but they presume that all are not equal, and so accountability itself is not equally shared. Decentralized systems presume that all are equal but provide no accountability. Omnicentralized systems presume that all are equal and provide equal accountability shared by all.
While the Pyramid Power Structure is a 2-Dimensional structure with a top-down left-right organization where power and authority begin at the top and trickle their way down in smaller amounts, the MetaMinistration is a 3-Dimensional system of in-out relationships of Spheres of Influence, called MetaSphere’s, that evenly distribute accountability and influence throughout the structure.
Organizationally, you can think of it in terms of a Galaxy. For example, at the innermost layer you have the moons that orbit around planets, then you have the planets that orbit around stars, then stars that orbit around the galactic core.
In the case of Harris Home Builders, the Galactic Core would be the General Manager, the Project Managers would be the Stars, and the Project Foreman would be the planets. The Apprentices, therefore, would be the moons.
In the MetaMinistration, we aren’t just looking at the Celestial Bodies, however. We are also accounting for the Electromagnetic Fields that surround them, for these are their Sphere of Influence.

In a Galaxy, moons (satellites) exist within the Electromagnetic Fields of the planets they orbit. Planets exist within the Electromagnetic Fields of the Stars they orbit, and Solar Systems exist within the Electromagnetic Field of Galactic Core.
In like kind, the Apprentices exist within the Sphere of Influence, or MetaSphere, of their Project Foremen, who exist within the MetaSphere of their Project Managers, who exist within the MetaSphere of the General Manager.
Just like Galactic Core’s and Stars can influence the celestial bodies within their Electromagnetic Fields through energy and gravitational forces, Managers in a MetaMinistration can influence the people within their MetaSphere’s.
The shift in using the term “influence” rather than “authority” might seem like a play on words, but it creates an entirely different dynamic within the system. Authority seeks to use their power to manipulate and control while influence seeks to use their power to love and care for.
Now that we understand the organization, let’s now take a look at how management and accountability are evenly distributed, and how that functions.
We call it the Mastermind System. This idea was first written about by Napolean Hill in his books “Think and Grow Rich,” and “The Laws of Success in 16 Lessons.” Napolean Hill defined the term “Mastermind” as, “When two or more minds come together in a spirit of harmony towards the achievement of the same goal, a third mind is therefore created which is greater than the sum of its parts.”
When many things combine to create something that is greater than the sum of its parts, that is called “Synergy.” What Napolean didn’t know when he taught about this, is that Synergy has a very mathematical relationship called the Law of Doubling, or the Law of Squares.
The Law of Doubling, or Squares, is a simple relationship wherein every single addition of something to a system operating in perfect harmony doubles the output of the entire group.
There is another law that is well known amongst businessmen. It’s called Price’s Law and it states, far too accurately, that “the square root of the total number of people in an organization achieve half the results.” This means, the larger the organization, the less people are doing the most of the work, and the more people are doing far less work.
This is exactly the kind of thing that happens in a typical organization that is using the Pyramid Power Structure. The Pyramid Power Structure is, itself, demoralizing and dehumanizing. That is why it achieves this result.
The MetaMinistration, on the other hand, generates morale and harmony amongst all participants because it puts being human before being a business.
The Metaministration divides management tasks into seven different groups, called Chakra’s. It takes on the premise that since the Chakra’s make up the Electromagnetic Mind of the Human Body, then they should also make up the Mastermind of the MetaMinistration.
These seven Chakra’s are as follows:
- The Crown Chakra – The Counselor
- The Third Eye Chakra – The Strategist
- The Throat Chakra – The Operator
- The Heart Chakra – The Central Processor
- The Solar Plexus Chakra – The Mediator
- The Sacral Chakra – The Resource Manager
- The Root Chakra – The Angel

The Crown Chakra – The Counselor
The Crown Chakra takes on the role of Counselor in the Mastermind. This involves responsibilities such as helping others with self-improvement both individually, and as a group, as well as Counseling the General Manager as to the direction the company should go in from here, and advising on policy changes to make them more fair and equitable.
The Third Eye Chakra – The Strategist
The Third Eye Chakra takes on the role of the Strategist. This involves such responsibilities as coming up with an action plan and timeline to achieve certain milestones, whether that be work on a project or expanding the business.
The Throat Chakra – The Operator
The Operator is the communications specialist. In a system of shared management responsibilities, accountability is key, and that requires a lot of different kinds of communications. It is the Operator’s responsibility to track and maintain a log of those communications to help keep everyone accountable.
The Heart Chakra – The Central Processor
Every Manager is the Central Processor of their MetaSphere. They have the most influence over their MetaSphere. Their responsibility is to take in all the information provided and process it to make quick and accurate decisions. Most businesses refer to those in power as the Head. In the MetaMinistration, we refer to the ones with the most influence as the Hearts because we are a heart-based organization. That means every decision is based on love and care, not cold-hearted power and control. Love and care is the balance between emotions and logic/reason.
The Solar Plexus Chakra – The Mediator
Disputes will happen in relationships between human beings. That’s just a part of our nature. We won’t always be in agreement with everything all the time. When we’re not, and when we cannot resolve these disputes ourselves, we need to enlist the help of a third party. This is the Mediator’s responsibility.
The Sacral Chakra – The Resource Manager
Just as the Sacral Chakra is the storehouse of the body and minds energy resources, the Resource Manager takes on the responsibility of managing the resources of their Mastermind. Every project has tools, materials and supplies that need to be accounted for and supplied.
The Root Chakra – The Angel
The Root Chakra give us our primal instincts for survival and propagation. As such, the Angel’s responsibility is to do the work necessary to ensure productivity and the survival and thriving of the business. Everyone in every Mastermind has their work that they have to do, so everyone is an Angel in the MetaMinistration, even if they take on another Mastermind Chakra Role.
In a typical business, these managerial tasks are separated into individuals only at the top of the Pyramid. But in a MetaMinistration these tasks are separated into individuals at every layer, in every Mastermind Group. In this way, everyone gets to participate in the Management of the business, which means everyone gets to own their share of the business. This is how the Metaministration inspires high Morale and near perfect Harmony. And that is why a MetaMinsitration will always outperform a Pyramid Power Structure using the Law of Doubling rather than Price’s Law.
